It was really excited to potentially use them for an electrical issue that I had on Sunday. I called and spoke with someone at one o'clock in the morning since they are open 24 hours for emergencies and was told that they were sleeping and they needed time to collect their tablet to get my information, that they would call me back in 5-10 minutes. I never heard back from the person at all, even if that person went back to sleep, they never called me back when they woke up the next morning. I just think that is poor business practice. I called later to express my experience and was met with the most nonchalant attitude, the person didn't even care. While I was excited to use them per their ratings. This is my experience with dealing with an emergency with them after hours and even talking to someone once they were awake.

Another great service call with Express Electrical. Gordon called the morning of the appt and arrived on time. He was thorough in inspecting my my breaker boxes. Explaining what he was looking for and why. He then started the trouble shooting of a 4 gang Kitchen outlet that hasn't worked since we purchased the home. In his thorough manner he located the issue a prompting resolved it be reconnecting a loose wire. Yay! I also received a thorough estimate for installing additional outlets. I've have great experiences with Express and the service continues to improve. Thank You Gordon and Express Electrical! I would refer you anyone needing your service.

An excellent experience. Super quick response, very skilled technician (Judah Reeves), took care of all my electrical issues. Was extremely knowledgeable and kept me apprised of all his findings. Stellar service with a smile. Would highly recommend their services.

Had a Level 2 EV charger installed in my garage. Blown away by the service. Judah explained everything in detail and made it all an easy process from start to finish.
